On the 10th of February, we officially opened our newest addition to the CarePlus Pharmacy group in Clonsilla. The new store is now the ninth outlet across Dublin. Owner and supervising pharmacist Tom Ginnety has built a team of 7 experienced professionals to cater to and serve the local community.
The new store in Clonsilla offers a full range of prescription medicines and over-the-counter remedies. The pharmacy also stocks a fantastic range of high-quality supplements and skincare products.
The local community was the main driver for owner, Tom, when he was considering opening the pharmacy. Tom has decided to provide a full range of services such as 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, vaccinations, BMI measurement, medication management, blister packs and medication reviews as he aims to promote happier and healthier living in the Clonsilla community.
The store has already made its mark in the local community with its in-store charity cycling event, where community members were encouraged to take part in a joint effort to raise money for the Irish Heart Foundation.
Dublin native Tom says he was attracted to the CarePlus Pharmacy brand: “I have 25 years experience in the retail pharmacy industry, so when I saw the CarePlus Pharmacy offering I knew it was something different. I know the support and professionalism they bring as a company will help to create great opportunities for myself and the team. Our location opposite the new Lidl store in Clonsilla is excellent and I can’t wait to start rolling out a range of great healthcare services for the community”.
