How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery for all orders over €38 within the Republic of Ireland. *

*Shipped with Fastway

All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges within the Republic of Ireland:

Fastway (1-3 days delivery)

Do you deliver internationally?

We always try to accommodate every customer, so if you would like to purchase from us and live outside of Ireland, please contact shop@careplus.ie with your location, desired product and quantity you require, and we will give you a quote for the expected shipping costs.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders during normal business days Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders received on weekdays before 2pm GMT will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.

Orders received on weekdays after 2pm GMT will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

*Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during sales.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery for orders to the Republic of Ireland is usually 1-3 Working Days after dispatch.

We deliver from Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Should there be a delay in processing your order for any reason – you will be notified immediately.

All products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.

*All delivery days are estimate but are based on our current delivery success rates.

*Order delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during sales.

*Orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until after the weekend as weekend deliveries are not available through our courier.

I want to order items of a sensitive nature, can you ship them discreetly?
Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in plain boxes), although our shipping labels may show our company name and address. If you have any special requests re-discretion - please don't hesitate to let us know as we are more than happy to try and help (email: shop@careplus.ie , phone: +353 1 437 2400).


How will I know that my order is ready to be delivered?
We'll send you a text message via Fastway Couriers to let you know when your order is out for delivery (as long as you have provided your mobile phone number).
You can also track your delivery online at Fastway

What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?
If you are not at home to accept the delivery you can contact the courier directly, either to re-arrange delivery or to collect your order yourself.

Can I collect in Store for free?

You can choose to collect your item in one of our pharmacy locations. Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be available. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the full shipping address supplied is correct. Please review this before placing your order. We will try to assist you however it may not be possible to amend your delivery/shipping information after you place your order, due to the delivery timeframe. Please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

What if my items are returned to sender?If you enter incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your item is returned to sender, we will only resend your order after the buyer pays an additional shipping fee. If an order is subsequently cancelled after being returned to sender, a restocking fee of €5 or the shipping fee paid, whichever is greater, will apply to each order and will be deducted from the refund amount. This also applies to orders which are returned to sender in cases where customs or import duties are not paid by the receiving customer
